Meet Our Staff

Keri, Registered Physiotherapist and owner of A Body In Motion.Keri-Lynn Martin Vrbanac
Registered Physiotherapist / Clinic Owner

Keri has been practicing physiotherapy since 1997 when she graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to studying physiotherapy, Keri attended Queen’s University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts Honors and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. Her career has taken her to Australia, the United States, and her hometown of Windsor, before settling to open A Body In Motion Rehab in Kitchener. Keri’s work experience has included orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological specialties as well as sports therapy and education.

Keri's interests include weight training, running, nutrition and being a mom.

Marli, registered phyiotherapistMarli Cline Pinnau
Registered Physiotherapist

Marli began her post-secondary education at the University of Western Ontario where she obtained her Honors BA in Kinesiology before venturing onto the University of Toronto to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy which was completed in Perth, Australia. Upon her return to Canada, Marli returned to London, Ontario for a short time before settling for 9 ½ years in California. Here Marli took her skills and combined them with her love of sports and fitness to focus on treatment which included orthopedics, and sports injuries. Marli went on to obtain her Certified Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist Certification before returning to Canada to join the A Body In Motion team.

Marli’s passions include long marathon running and being a mom to her 3 boys.

 

Caitlin Williams, Registered PhysiotherapistCaitlin Williams
Registered Physiotherapist

Caitlin graduated from McMaster University in 2005 with a Kinesiology degree and pursued the study of Physiotherapy at Queen's University where she graduated with a Masters in Physiotherapy in 2007. Caitlin continued her studies and obtained a degree in Manipulative Therapy from the University of Western Ontario in 2010. Caitlin practiced as a Registered Physiotherapist in the Hamilton area for 3 years before returning to her hometown of Elora and joining the team at A Body In Motion Rehab.

Caitlin's interests include running, pilates, cooking and spending time with her dog, Chester.

 

Daniela, Physiotherapy AssistantDaniela Vohnout
Physiotherapy Assistant

Daniela attended McMaster University and graduated in 2003 with a psychology degree and went on to George Brown College to study Behavioural Science from 2007 to 2008. After sustaining an injury and participating in physiotherapy, Daniela decided to pursue her Physiotherapy Assistant Diploma and graduated from the program with honors in 2010. Daniela returned to the Kitchener-Waterloo area in the summer of 2011 and has continued to enjoy her career since.

Daniela’s interests include hot yoga, spinning, skiing, photography and time spent with her dog!

 

Cristina, office administratorCristina Toffolo
Office Administrator

Cristina is behind the friendly voice that greets you on the telephone when calling A Body In Motion Rehab. Cristina graduated from Laurier University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts degree and is currently responsible for all administration and office duties at the clinic. Cristina will answer any questions you may have regarding treatment, appointments, protocols, paperwork or claim information and will assist with pointing you in the right direction should you require further assistance.

Cristina enjoys snowboarding, fitness, and spending time with family, friends and her puppy, Lola.

 

Jodi Taschner
Registered Massage Therapist

Jodi graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. Jodi earned a specialization in Sports and Hospital Massage allowing her to work with athletes at professional, varsity and recreational levels as well as clients with MS, cancer, post-operative, disabilities and motor vehicle accidents. Jodi is also trained in deep tissue massage, pregnancy massage, therapeutic taping, first aid, CPR and holds a certification in Contemporary Acupuncture from McMaster University. Jodi is also a Personal Trainer registered with CanFit Pro. Jodi incorporates deep tissue massage, Swedish massage techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, stretching and remedial exercise along with relaxation techniques.

It is Jodi’s goal to work with her clients to achieve treatment needs for optimal health and fitness. Jodi is always available to answer questions related to her field of practice. Jodi also works very closely with the physiotherapy team at A Body In Motion to ensure that treatments work together to enhance healing and recovery.
