Keri-Lynn Martin Vrbanac
Registered Physiotherapist / Clinic Owner
Keri has been practicing physiotherapy since 1997 when she
graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.
Prior to studying physiotherapy, Keri attended Queens University where she obtained
a Bachelor of Arts Honors and a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education. Her career has
taken her to Australia, the United States, and her hometown of Windsor, before settling to
open A Body In Motion Rehab in Kitchener. Keris work experience has included
orthopedic, pediatric, and neurological specialties as well as sports therapy and
education. Keri is also trained in manual therapy.
Keri's interests include weight training, running,
nutrition and being a mom.

Marli Cline Pinnau
Registered Physiotherapist
Marli began her post-secondary education at the University
of Western Ontario where she obtained her Honors BA in Kinesiology before venturing onto
the University of Toronto to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy which was
completed in Perth, Australia. Upon her return to Canada, Marli returned to London,
Ontario for a short time before settling for 9 ½ years in California. Here Marli took her
skills and combined them with her love of sports and fitness to focus on treatment which
included orthopedics, and sports injuries. Marli went on to obtain her Certified
Strengthening and Conditioning Specialist Certification before returning to Canada to join
the A Body In Motion team.
Marlis passions include long distance running, loving
her 3 young boys and bringing a ray of sunshine to each and every day.
Meaghan Shearer
Registered Physiotherapist
Meaghan comes to us with her Masters in Physical Therapy from Queen's University which she
completed in August of 2008. Prior to obtaining Master's Degree, Meaghan completed her
Honours Bachelor of Science with a Life Science Specializaton from Queen's in 2006. She
began her career as a Physiotherapist in the Niagara area and has since relocated to join
the A Body In Motion team. Meaghan is a Stott Pilates instructor and an avid triathlete
whose skill set brings a wealth of knowledge to our clinic. These qualities along with her
dedication to the profession make her an integral part of our staff.
When not working, Meaghan enjoys running, cycling, swimming, and teaching fitness classes.
Erica Boyle Hawkins
Physiotherapy Aide
Erica joined our team in June of 2008 and has since become
an integral member. She began her career in Fredericton, New Brunswick, her hometown and
returned to Kitchener/Waterloo in March of 2003. Erica graduated from Conestogo College in
2004. Erica's outgoing personality, her attention to detail, and her compassion make her a
definite asset to our team.
Erica is an avid outdoors woman and enjoys hiking, camping,
canoeing and running.
Amy Irvine
Administrative Assistant
Amy is behind the cheerful voice that will greet you on the
telephone when you call our clinic. She has the ability to answer questions with care, and
provide you with all of the information that you may need when booking your appointments.
Amy is also always willing to provide assistance with paperwork and any billing issues
that may arise with your insurance company. Most importantly, Amy is always willing to
lend a listening ear and assist you when you are in need.
Amys interests include fitness, cooking, and baking.
Joshua Holden
Registered Massage Therapist
Joshua graduated from The North York Canadian College of
Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2001 and brings with him a wealth of knowledge, experience and
professionalism. Joshuas focus includes the assessment of both the soft tissue and
joints of the human body, the treatment and prevention of physical dysfunction and
manipulation of tissue for the purpose of pain relief. His goals include maintenance,
rehabilitation, and development of physical function.
Joshuas experience includes private practice,
multidisciplinary team membership and relaxation. He offers deep tissue release,
specialized treatment plans, lymphatic drainage and joint mobilizations.
Joshuas interests include physical fitness, sports,
the outdoors and his four legged friend.
Dr. Michael Reid, B.A. (Kin), N.D.
After completing his premedical studies at Wilfrid Laurier
University in Waterloo, receiving a Bachelor of Kinesiology and Physical Education, Dr.
Reid graduated from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto, one
of only six accredited Naturopathic Colleges in North America.
Inspired to help improve the quality of life and health of
people who experience chronic disease, Dr. Reid's continued study and practice takes a
specialized interest in chronic conditions which include: auto-immune diseases, arthritis,
autism, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid and hormonal imbalances and cancer, for which he
is a member of the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Medicine. He also works with all
health concerns of men, women and children and those people needing counselling in stress
management and psychological concerns. In addition to the physical, Dr. Reid recognizes
the importance of mental, emotional, and spiritual levels of health. He focuses on
achieving balance in all aspects for each individual person through treatment with a wide
range of therapeutic techniques. Dr. Reid has certification to administer Intravenous
Therapy and has pursued additional training in acupuncture for pain management and
NST-Bowen Therapy, an Australian pain management technique. He also enjoys making use of
clinical nutrition and herbal medicine in his practice.
Dr. Reid is enthusiastic to educate and inform all people
about their health while working together to attain an optimal level of wellness. He is
happy to assist those in finding their innate potential to reach levels of health they did
not think were possible.

Dr. Som Thammasouk, B.Sc., N.D.
Dr. Thammasouk received her naturopathic training at The
Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine after completing her premedical studies and
receiving a Bachelor of Science at McMaster University. She is a certified practitioner of
Cosmetic Rejuvenation Acupuncture, a healthy-aging therapy, and Bowen Therapy, an
Australian pain management technique. In addition to practicing naturopathic family
medicine, Dr. Thammasouk's areas of study and interest include pregnancy related concerns,
hormone related conditions, anxiety/depression, digestive conditions, weight loss and the
role of the mind in health and healing.
Dr. Thammasouk's passion for medicine and education has
helped many patients and corporate businesses achieve their health goals. She has helped
corporations develop their wellness programs while providing on-site naturopathic medical
services and lifestyle management lectures for their employees. Such corporations include
The Centre for Health and Safety Innovations and JTI Macdonald Corporation in Mississauga
and previously for Canada Post in Toronto.
With a strong commitment to helping people achieve their

About Dr. Reid and Dr. Thammasouk
Dr. Reids and Dr. Thammasouks practice covers a
broad range of health concerns and is open to all people. They both are dedicated to
providing the highest level of knowledge and support. Each doctor is committed to
attending ongoing continuing medical education courses so that they stay informed about
emerging techniques and therapeutics.
As active members of the community, Dr. Reid and Dr.
Thammasouk donate their time as educational speakers to numerous support groups,
childrens centers and local organizations. Any interested groups or businesses are
encouraged to contact the clinic to book the doctors for a health seminar.
Professional Affiliates include Ontario Association of
Naturopathic Doctors, Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors, The Board of Directors
of Drugless Therapy Naturopathy, and the Oncology Association of Naturopathic
Physicians.
Naturopathic Doctors must complete a minimum of eight years
of post-secondary education, including four years training at an accredited Naturopathic
College. Naturopathic Doctors must also pass rigorous board exams, both internationally
and provincially, and must be registered with the Board of Directors of Drugless
Therapy-Naturopathy in Ontario.
